Day 1: Calicut
Arrive Calicut, the northern part of Kerala. On arrival our representative
will be waiting for you at the airport and he will meet you and transfer
to Resort on the shore of a beautiful lake. Evening the demonstration of
Kalari Payattu, the martial art of Kerala. Overnight at Kadavu Resort.
Day 2: Waynadu
Check in :- 12.00 Noon. Welcome drink & check in to respective rooms
1-.30 Pm :- Lunch, 2-30Pm:-Depart to Soochipara Waterfalls.
Soochippara waterfalls is a 3 tiered powerful waterfalls situated in the
dense equatorial forest of Wayanad. The cliff face here is ideal for rock
climbing.
Distance :- 22 Kms, Driving Time :- 40Mts.
Dress Code:-Casual with Sneakers
6-00Pm: - Return Back to the Hotel.
6-15Pm: - Tea/Coffee with Snacks in our Restaurant.
7-30Pm:- Bon-fire with Music
9-00PM:-Dinner
10-00Pm:- Retire for the Night
Day 3: Waynadu
6-30Am:-Bed Tea/Coffee, 8-30AM :-Breakfast
9-30 Am:- Depart to Kuruwa Dweep
Kuruwa Island is 955 acres of green forest on the tributaries of the east
flowing river Kabani. The island is uninhabited and a paradise with myriad
birds.
Distance:-35 Kms., Driving Time: - 60Mts.
Dress Code: - Bermuda & Slippers Please
Please carry an extra pair of dress, if you want to bath here.
2-00PM :-Hot Lunch catered here.
3-00PM:-Depart to Tholpetyy Wild Sanctuary
You can find here spotted deers, elephants, bison, leopard, Tiger…etc.
It is 25 kms. Drive inside the sanctuary exploring wildlife.
Distance:- 27 Kms from Kuruwa Island Driving time :-45 Mts..
4-00Pm to 6-00Pm:- Jeep Safari in the Sanctuary
6-00Pm:-epart to our Hotel
Distance:-62Kms. Driving Time:-90Mts.
7-30Pm:- Reach the Hotel 7-45Pm:-Tea/Coffee in our Restaurant
9-00Pm:- Dinner in Garden
10-00PM:-Retire for the Night
Day 4: Trichur
6-30Am:-Bed Coffee/Tea
8-30Am :-Breakfast, 9-30 Am:- Depart to Trichur. Visit the Kalamandalam,
the dance and music academy gives training on classical dance and music.
Lunch at River Retreat. Evening check in at Hotel. Evening at 7.30 dinners.
Overnight at Hotel.
Day 5: Periyar
At 8-30 am Breakfast and drive to Periyar the famous wild life sanctuary.
On the way you will visit Guruvayoor where you can see more than 50 Temple
elephants where you can see elephant feeding and elephant bathing. You
will arrive periyar in the evening. Dinner at 7.30 . Overnight at Tree
Top Resort.
Day 6: Kottayam
Drive to Kottayam, here you will stay in a backwater resort on the lake.
Rest of the day free. Overnight at Lake Village.
Day 7: Houseboat
8 am breakfast in the dining room. 12 pm Check into a traditional House
Boat, of Kerala. 24 hours cruise through the backwaters and stay overnight
in the boat. A ride on the houseboat is a fabulous way to explore the
fascinating, beauty of the backwaters. Overnight at House Boat.
Day 8: Kovalam
Morning boat cruise to Alleppey and breakfast in the boat. Later disembark
the boat at Alleppey and drive to Kovalam Beach. Overnight Travancore
Heritage.
Day 9: Departure
Transfer to Trivandrum Airport for departure.
